Here are a couple from Uruguay. these I guess would be called print errors.
Green stamp has black print moved to left and into margin. Orange stamp has red printing moved to the right.

This one I like to call the travelling 10s. Also note dot below 5 is missing on stamp 4.

The connected 3 to upper block in the 776 issue has never been validated as a specific plate flaw or variety, so most likely, this is just a Freak, as you pointed out. BTW, stampie83 really like your avatar image.

Also, the "Double Strike" on the pre-cancel isn't considered an EFO of any kind. It's not an "overprint", it's a cancellation like any other cancellation, and since it's not part of the printing process, rather a means of controlling theft, these kinds of problems aren't classified as EFO. It does, however, not mean that there isn't a valid collecting niche for it. Just want to be clear what constitutes EFO.
