Here is a netherlands postcard mailed in 1985 - Due to press misalignment the bottom portion (NEDERLAND 55c) was printed in the top sheet margin - the stamp is the 1979 60 jaar vrouwenkiesrencht issue NVPH number 1183 --- I would assume the the stamps at bottom of the sheet are missing their value. I think this is a spectacular error. Attachments:

Hi Stulev. I take it you can read Dutch/are Dutch? I found this interesting too, I am in no way an expert on Dutch stamps, are any country's stamps :-) I found this article: filavaria.nl/PHwelOFniet.htmTranslated: When printing stamps, in many cases the stamp image on the sheet edges is expanded by approximately 3 mm. This is done when the stamp image extends to the perforation. This way, when tearing off, no differences can arise between the stamps on the outside of the counter sheet and the stamps in the middle of the counter sheet.
