Not if they assigned a catalog number to your rotator cuff.

Why would you want to sue me? I'm so charming.

Is it an inverted rotator cuff? You may want to wait until you see the valuation it gets in the next Scott Catalogue.

Scott, in my heyday I could lift the likes of you over my shoulder and walk away (not far), but that was long ago...
Actually, I know now that I cannot sue Amos for their heavy catalogs damaging my shoulder because I finally found the warning label. It is on the in side of every last page: "Warning: Always use both arms and a proper lifting stance when moving this catalog."

That is why I always carry lead in my pockets. Keeps the wind from blowing me away.
