Hello..... I am Dan. I've collected stamps / philatelic material on and off since about 1972 when my Dad introduced me to the hobby. Am a member of several philatelic organizations. Currently living in the low desert of Southern California. I collect too much - USA, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Maps, Explorers, and a few other topics, and whichever stamps / covers that strike my fancy. Retired three years ago and have gotten much more into stamps, at least buying 'em. This year is a year to get my collection more organized. Nearest Stamp Club is over 100 miles away.

Hey Dan, Nice to meet you! I noticed you're mention of organizing your collection. Have you started making your own album pages yet? If not, I can help you get started.

Welcome, Dan, from another not-so-organized collector.

That's where these online stamp sites come in to fill the void of not having a local stamp club. We had one here but it folded when we could not get new members to join. I find the online sites just great. You can find traders/sellers and all the stamps you can handle. I am in 25stamps.club and 50stamps.club. Also a member of stampbears which is very similar to this site. Both are excellent.
