To tag someone in a post, simply put an "at" sign in front of their screen name, like cddstamps. They will then be notified, under the "Profile" button, above, that they have been tagged.

Just for clarification, you have to tag their username, which is not always the same as their display name (aka screenname). Most usernames are the same as screennames, so it's usually not a problem. But... "Ted Talks Stamps" is a screenname. You can't tag by using 'at' Ted Talks Stamps. You can only tag him using his actual username 'at' admin. If you can't tag someone and want to quickly find out their username without going through their profile, just hover the cursor over their screenname, and their actual username will show up (eventually). Try it with Ted Talks Stamps ' first post in this thread -- you'll see 'at' admin pop up.
